Zamakona Shipyard has delivered its new 768 construction, the AVT type tugboat VB-Xaloc, which will be the reference tug for port, towing and escort operations. This ship is the first in the series of 10 that the Shipowner, Boluda Towage and Salvage, has commissioned Zamakona Yards.
Its length is 31.70 m, beam of 12.8 m and has a power of 7.600 hp to get a fixed-point pull of 79.60 T. It has accommodation for 8 people.
The Canadian firm Robert Allan was responsible for the basic engineering, and INDENOR developed all the Detail Engineering of Steel and Outfitting.
